MacKenzie Brothers custom–crafted birch plywood cabinetry faced with earth-friendly MDF paneling for the laundry and mud room. An eco-friendly CaesarStone countertop in a smoky ash shade and industrial-style bronze pendant lights complete the look.

To accommodate high traffic, subway tile fashioned from 40-percent post-industrial content was chosen for flooring. A recycling and organizing shelf fashioned from antique heart pine keeps clutter at bay.

Eight Hancock Baskets, designed in New Hampshire, are labeled with wooden hand-stenciled tags. The 26-inch-long baskets serve as both recycling baskets and catchalls for toys, shoes or tools.
