Main Bedroom Pictures From HGTV Smart Home 2019

By: Jeannie Matteucci

Designer Tiffany Brooks says the main bedroom is one of her favorite rooms in HGTV Smart Home 2019. It's a well-detailed space with a modern queen bed with a smart mattress, seating area for relaxing and a smart TV that doubles as artwork when not in use.

Time for Bed

The inviting queen trim-lined bed with a fully enclosed wood base and extra-tall upholstered headboard has clean, modern lines. On the ceiling above the bed sits a 52-inch, oil-rubbed-bronze ceiling fan that cools the space down on warm nights.

Focal-Point Wall

Designer Tiffany Brooks created a focal-point wall behind the bed by using charcoal-colored peel-and-stick reclaimed American Red Oak wood panels with a charred feel and matte look. The surrounding three walls and the ceiling of the bedroom were painted a light blue-gray color for contrast.

Double-Duty Nightstand

A shell-white curved-top console table on this side of the queen bed acts as a nightstand, with space on top for decorative accessories and a touch of greenery. The open bottom of the console table/nightstand provides storage space for a round ottoman that can be used for extra seating.
