This luxe space off the main bedroom and closet has an appealing open layout. “The main bathroom is European-style, which means there is no stopping point between the wet space and the dry space,” says designer Brain Patrick Flynn. “Instead, the floor is just sloped just enough in the shower to account for any of the water that comes out while you’re taking a shower.”

This spacious window overlooks the front yard and brings lots of natural light inside, but includes frosted film that adds privacy without obscuring the beautiful light. “The front facing window was planned to coordinate well with the freestanding soaking tub,” says build manager Dylan Eastman.

With a waterproof design and on-trend style, the 24-by-24-inch Bianca Carrara porcelain tiles used for the shower walls mimic the look of marble, but offer more durability and versatility.

The shower’s all-brass construction metal rain shower head has a chrome finish and single soft rain setting for a soothing sensation, with spray holes that allow you to easily wipe away mineral build-up.
