Patio Revamp to Outdoor Living Space

Chris and Casey have done a spectacular job renovating their Fort Lauderdale home, but when it comes to their 700 square foot enclosed patio, they are stumped. Their pet bunny has overrun the vacant space and they rarely use this outdoor treasure. Miami luxury homebuilder Luis Bosch creates a design plan to transform this wasted space into a fabulous outdoor living room. Adorned with a custom water feature, new cement top wet bar, wood- columns and a covered ceiling this new room feels akin to a luxury resort. Bye Bye bunny!
