Jay and Jenny have a tiny bungalow home that's great for outdoor entertaining, but there's just not enough living space. Between their energetic toddler, oversized dog Jake, and a steady flow of out of town visitors they are constantly tripping over one another. Miami luxury homebuilder, Luis Bosch has just the solution to solve their problem: enclose an unused carport and create a second family room.
