Jared and Jessica have been searching for a home in Bloomingdale, NJ, for 4 long months. They love the neighborhood because it's close to both of their jobs and families, and also provides a great sense of community. The couple is looking for a home with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large closet, a big kitchen, and a big backyard all within their budget of $230,000. The average home price in the neighborhood is $305,000 so Jared and Jess have an even bigger task to complete. They recruit Josh Temple to help them not only find a house that the owners are willing to sell, but also a house they can afford.
