Four Friends Looking to Share Paradise on Fire Island

Four childhood best friends, Julie, Eric, Jon and Vanessa, are on the search for the beach vacation home of their dreams in Ocean Beach, on Fire Island, NY. Fire Island is a summer hotspot for East coasters looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the mainland. The only way on or off the island is by ferry and during the summer there are no cars allowed, forcing visitors to embrace the slower beach pace. These friends have been visiting, working and renting every summer for the past ten years and now by combining their budgets they are looking to buy a vacation getaway to share. Splitting the purchase evenly, the group is looking for a place to live in together during the summer, close to town, that fits all their separate needs and with enough space so they are not on top of each other.
