Season 2, Episode 6

Leaky, Creaky Lavatory

Tracy and David think their leaky, cracked, rusty bathroom belongs in a museum. Their 75-year-old Depression-era relic has beautiful architectural detail, but that's where the good news stops. The bathroom also features lavender-pink tile, nonfunctioning leaky sink, tiny shower stall, old cast-iron tub, and a floor so old they covered it with wall-to-wall carpeting and throw rugs — a huge no-no in bathrooms. They are fed up and turn to our team of experts for help. Designer Krista Watterworth and carpenter Steven Whittle go through a new design plan with Tracy and David, making sure to keep the room's layout intact.
