More Room for a Baby

Expecting parents Sarah and LJ need extra space for their coming baby want to stay in the city of Philadelphia, but are unsure if they will be able to balance their new needs with their desire for city living. They are shown four properties, two for rent and two to buy and must decide not only which place is the best fit for them and their new child, but whether or not they will be able to remain in the city. Will they rent or will they buy?
