Savannah couple Alison and Bart are selling their large single family house and looking to make a move. Alison left her corporate job to work from home and Bart is still in medical school so they are searching for a smaller home that can better suit their current needs. She wants to rent a modern, clean apartment near the water while he wants to fix up a historic Victorian close to the hospital downtown. Will they rent or will they buy?
