But although she's got the down payment she needs, this virgin admits she doesn't know the first thing about maintaining a sprawling suburban property. Enter real estate expert Sandra Rinomato. She promises to find her the perfect home in a family-oriented New Jersey neighborhood close to the Interstate... But is Maggie ready to face the area's sky-high property taxes? Maggie tours several homes with very different features... But when she finally zeroes in on the property she wants, will she lose the house to another buyer?
