Ophidophobia!

Eager to put some space between him and his brother Eli, property virgin Zak is looking for a sprawling bachelor pad they can share. He has a handsome budget to work with, but other than that, Zak has no idea what kind of home he's looking for. Enter property expert Egypt Sherrod. Her first order of business is to narrow down the available options. Zak says he wants to live closer to downtown Charlotte, but a dose of sticker shock sends him further into the suburbs where he's determined to get more house for his money.
