Ginger and Scott met by chance after work one day, fell in love, and now they're looking to buy and renovate a duplex just outside Boston. Eager to knock down a few walls, they'd like to find an investment property they can put a sledgehammer to. But are these newbies truly ready to become homeowners and landlords? Enter real estate expert Sandra Rinomato. She promises to find the couple a spacious two-family home in their price range. But after two weeks and over 30 home tours, they're frustrated and losing hope. Sandra sits them down for a serious chat, but are Ginger and Scott ready to shift gears? And will they eventually find a property that suits both their needs and their budget?
