Not your average homebuyers, Kat and her street performer boyfriend Bash are looking for an historic starter home in Wilmington, North Carolina with loads of character, and enough storage space for his massive collection of unicycles, trampolines, costumes, and props. Property expert Egypt Sherrod starts by leading the eccentric pair to an artsy community where she's sure they'll find the perfect fit, but warns that matching the couple's big wish list with their limited budget may be a challenge. After several weeks, the couple's promising house hunt suddenly hits a wall, and that's when Egypt steps in to have 'the talk'.
