First-time homebuyers Paul and Grady are hunting for a historic Savannah property with plenty of Southern charm. And while Paul would prefer a move-in ready home, Grady is ready to take on the challenge of a fixer-upper. Enter property expert Egypt Sherrod. She's determined to find them a house they will both love, and her first task is to gauge just how much renovation these two can handle.
