Host Chris Grundy brings in guest judges to inspect the new space and estimate the cost of the renovation. If the expert estimate is more than what was actually spent on the project, Sam and Angela win the difference in cold, hard cash!! But their 600-square foot duplex is not only tiny, it has a closet that doubles as a hallway to nowhere.
