Couple Creates Basement Suite for a Chance to Win Cash

Host Matt Blashaw challenges married couple Tim and Angie Phillips to create a basement suite for their missionary friends, who just returned from Uganda with a newly-adopted child. Matt and guest judge, basement expert Brad Liber, will inspect the new suite and estimate it's cost. If their estimate is more than what was actually spent, Tim and Angie win the difference in cash!! Tim is a realtor, and knows what a professionally finished remodel looks like; Angie is super-competitive, and wants to win, win, win! This generous duo have finished other basements in former homes, and are confident in their skills to create a kitchenette and two bedrooms in the unfinished portion of their basement, but is this experienced pair too ambitious with their plans?
