Josh wants to buy a condo where he can live like a bachelor, but his girlfriend, Rebekah, wants him to settle down and get serious. His dad, Ed, is helping with the down payment and just wants a place where he can crash for six months out of the year. Josh has hired realtor Claudine to help him find three properties to choose from. In the end, will Josh pick a bachelor pad condo or will he choose a family home for him and Rebekah?
