Sisters Plus Mom Search for a New House

A first time house hunt becomes difficult for office coordinator Alaina and her younger sister, Caitlin, who will be living with her. Their mother is providing financial help in the purchase, but they don't see eye-to-eye on where to live or type of house. Caitlin's influence on her sister helps quell the contentious relationship between Alaina and her mother.
