When a young single actor decides it's time to buy his own place, he knows he needs his parent's financial assistance to make it happen. With the help of a realtor they go looking at homes but quickly find out that what he wants is not what his parents want. Conflicts arise over location, price, and style. They have to make a choice and the decision is not easy.
