Susan is ready to say goodbye to roommate living, and step up to a luxury condo. And she expects her son David to foot the luxury bill, but David has a budget. Susan knows what she wants and it has David seeing dollar signs. Real estate agent Camillia will show the dueling mother and son three homes hoping the pair will agree on one in the end. Susan has high expectations, but her son David has to make a decision on which home to buy...but can he ever make mommy dearest happy?
