A Phoenix, Arizona, couple is ready to make their lifelong dream of living in the cool mountain air of South Carolina come true. He wants to be close to a golf course and have a home studio where he can continue cranking out chart-topping country music hits. She's hoping to find an open floor plan and a huge kitchen in a home she can put her own stamp on. Homes in the town of Pickens are being snatched up left and right but their realtor knows she can get them the perfect spot.
