A young Southern California couple has grown tired of enduring hours in the traffic just to reach indoor rock-climbing gyms and is ready to move to sunny Tucson, Arizona, where the city is surrounded by mountains they can climb any day of the year. They're also looking forward to hosting a steady stream of friends and family from their native Canada, so they'll need ample guest quarters and an outdoor living space with a great pool. Luckily Tucson is still a town where great deals can be found if you're willing to put in the work and their real estate agent is ready to comb the hills to find the perfect rock-climber's retreat.
