Townhouse Troubles

Eight years ago after their children flew the coop, Cindy and Chris downsized to an adorable townhouse near the city. But it turns out they went too small and now don't have enough space to do the thing they really love- entertain. Cindy thinks the location is great and the home can be fixed, but Chris is ready to move on to a better place. Ready for the latest showdown are designer Jillian and real estate agent Todd. Jillian and her team hope to create an open concept layout perfect for entertaining, while Todd has some new homes in store for these empty nesters. Conflicted over what to do with their closed off tired townhouse, Cindy and Chris must decide- can they love their home again or will they list it?
