Daughter Dilemma
Four years ago, Alice and Jim moved back from the Philippines and found the perfect home for themselves and three of their four grown daughters. The location was great and the size was fine for the family. But then their other daughter moved in and now the place is too cramped for six adults. Everyone is sharing one bathroom and the kitchen is a challenging area to get anything done in. Jim wants to get out and get into a bigger place but Alice thinks that there are solutions for all the problems in their current house and wants to give it another chance. Ready to take this contest on are Designer Jillian and Realtor Todd. Jillian hopes to get a leg up on the competition with a spacious open concept redesign, while options may be in short supply for realtor Todd as he tries to find the perfect five bedroom house. In the end, Jim and Alice will have to decide, can their family of six adults love the home their in? Or should they list it?
