After falling in love 5 years ago, Susan and Harvey searched the city for a heritage house that felt like home. But now that there's a baby on the way, Susan can't see how family life fits in a 1930's character house. Harvey loves the warm, charming feel of their home and doesn't want to move, but Susan wants a functional house before the baby arrives. To put this argument in the past, enter our rivals Realtor Todd and Designer Jillian. Todd hopes to prove another house can offer vintage charm in a family friendly way, while Jillian and her team hope to make peace by renovating the character house into a stress-free family home. Fed up with debating the fate of their cozy, old bungalow, Susan and Harvey are wondering whether they will love their home again, or will they list it?
