John and Melissa have the chance to move to upstate New York and give their kids the chance to experience the great outdoors. Sleepy Hollow Lake has the big water feel John is nostalgic for, but Melissa is more concerned with the house itself. Finding a blend of both exterior lakefront appeal and practical indoor design for under $300,000 is a tall order for real estate agent, Vicky Wolpert, but if she can check off all the boxes under budget, it will bring John and Melissa's dreams for their family to fruition.
