Brett and Sarah are a young couple just starting out on their adventure together, but after both growing up in Michigan, the one thing they're sure of is there's no place like home on a lake. After relocating to Georgia, they're looking to take up residence waterside and start their own family on beautiful Lake Oconee. With only a $350,000 budget, they have enlisted the help of real estate agent, Ed Okenica, to help them invest their nest egg wisely, and make sure they don't get in too deep over their heads.
