Triple Stack Kitchen

Space is at a premium in this city kitchen, so Alison has to get creative. She blocks off a window to make space for a refrigerator, pantry and desk area and then builds the entire design upwards using triple-stacked cabinetry. Track lighting, under-cabinet lighting and in-cabinet lighting help light and break up the space. Quartz countertops that look like marble and stainless steel appliances, including a hood with a double extension to the ceiling, add to the look. A chevron-patterned backsplash, DIY island and personalized desk area backsplash give the space a one-of-a-kind touch.
