Dan and his long time companion Pam have spent years helping others buy and develop homes. Now they're ready to retire and create their own unique property on an island along America's Pacific Coast. They've sought out the services of Island Expert Chris Krolow, who has lined up three island tours in two different state: Calfornia and Washington.
