Season 83, Episode 4

Young New England Couple Looks to Leave the Nest

Rob and Lea have been married for 3 years, and for the entire length of their marriage they've lived with Lea's warm and effusive Greek parents near Boston. Now it's finally time to leave the spanakopita behind and buy a home of their own. Rob is from Chicago and loves condos within the buzz of a city and the proximity to shops and restaurants. Lea wants to live a calmer life in the suburbs in an older colonial home with the comfortable hiss of a radiator and squeaky wood floors, all of which creeps Rob out. Will they buy a modern city condo, or will it be a suburban single family home?
