23 year-old nurse Alicia may be young, but she has very big expectations as she searches for her first home in Charleston, South Carolina. She's been working two jobs to afford a place, where she'll live with her boyfriend Dennis. But with a budget that tops out at $200,000, Alicia will have to compromise on something. Will she give up a central location for a big updated space, or sacrifice modern finishes to be close to downtown and the beach?
