Sherrie and Robert Evans were vacationing on the Hawaiian Island of Maui when, on a whim, Sherrie applied for, and then accepted, a new job. With just days to find a home, they turned to realtor Tom Tezak to find them a condo in one of Maui's nicest beachfront communities, Kihei. Now, several months have passed, and the pair is ready to trade in their tiny two-bedroom place for a three-bedroom, two-bath house that has great views and is close to the water. Realtor Tom Tezak is back on the case.
