Brenda Rothaupt's story is one of change. This single house hunter recently left her fast-paced corporate job in favor of a teaching position at the local college. She currently owns a home in a quiet suburban community, where the horses outnumber the people. While she appreciates the neighborhood's charm, she has decided to buy a house by the beach.
