Sonya, a Maryland rocket scientist, loves her job and raising her 12 year-old daughter Jordan, but she's tired of living in a cramped rental in the suburbs near Washington D.C. She's looking to buy a home that's close to work as well as her daughter's weekday boarding school in Baltimore.
