Season 16, Episode 12

Planting San Francisco Roots

Marianne Yeung and Michael Kopcsak met while walking their dogs, Miles and Corbin, in Brooklyn, NY. Since then, they have fallen in love and moved to San Francisco, where they have lived for four years. Now they are ready to put down some permanent roots and buy a house. They hope to find a three-bedroom house in a dog-friendly neighborhood in one of the city's sunnier micro-climates, but in this ultra-competitive market, it won't be easy! That's where realtor Ericka Jennings comes into the picture.
