Picky 24-year-old Searches for First Home in Virginia

Brian, a 24-year-old engineering professional, is living with his parents while he looks for his first place in Northern Virginia. With a long picky list of requirements, his sister Shannon is trying to keep him grounded and realistic as they search the spendy Western suburbs of DC. And since Brian hates old and outdated things, the biggest challenge will be finding a newer condo or townhome with the square footage and bedroom requirements he has. Another hurdle will be finding a place with a garage, where he can store his prized sports car, Annabelle.
