When Brad McKerihan relocated from Bend, Oregon to Portland, he fell in love with the city. He currently shares a townhome with one of his best friends, but he's grown tired of renting and is ready to purchase his first home. His must-have list includes a location closer to downtown, at least two bedrooms, ample parking for visitors, an upgraded kitchen and hardwood floors - all within a budget of $160,000.
