Karen Bertiger and Thomas Driggers, both in their mid-thirties, met on a blind date fifteen years ago and rent a 1000 square foot 2-bedroom apartment in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle.They, along with their dog Theo, have enjoyed their apartment thoroughly, however, this couple is ready for a house. They are currently hoping to stay under $485,000, and they are concentrating their search in the neighborhoods of Columbia City, Green Lake, and Mount Baker.
