Jon and Carleen Klingbeil lead a double life. During the day, they work among millions of others in Sacramento, Calif. But at night, they retreat to their country rental house in Grass Valley, Calif. They love the quiet and privacy that comes with their remote location but are tired of the limited space and inability to make any cosmetic changes to the house. They want something bigger where they can really start a family.
