Problem is, she wants a brand new home with high end details in the pricey burbs, while sticking to a $300,000 to $350,000 budget. Meanwhile, her outspoken friend, Rasheedah, is pushing her to get an updated, older home that's closer in. How much is she willing to compromise to get everything she wants?
