These first-time buyers are tired of renting. But while he wants a home in the city with an open layout and plenty of space, she wants a smaller suburban home with a cozy feel and a huge yard for her garden. Once they find a home, they face the new challenge of being first-time renovators. Between unexpected costs and debates over design, these two will have to get up to speed fast to have the home they both want.
