A Warmer Home for Mario and Linda

For years Mario has suffered from headaches in Calgary's harsh cold climate. He and his wife, Linda, have dreamed of a home in the warm Caribbean sun, and now that their children have left the nest, they've decided to bring their dream to reality. They arrive in St. Maarten only to find that their budget is based on faulty research and misleading advertising. Can they increase their budget, or must they settle for a property outside their wish list and miles from St. Maarten's bright sandy beach? More than $150,000 is at stake as Mario and Linda come to a surprising decision.
