Completing a Nursery and Bathroom Renovation

Lisa and Simon, expecting their first child, wanted to build a nursery and a new bathroom. They found a reputable contractor with impressive credentials and a long list of references. After signing a contract and making a substantial down payment, they were told that the job would start immediately and be done in six weeks. Over the next four months, however, every excuse was given as to why the job could not be started. Realizing that the project would not be completed by the time their baby arrives, Lisa and Simon fired the contractor and called host Mike Holmes. Time is ticking, as Mike and his team race to beat the stork and complete this renovation.
