Reining It In to Relocate

Dawn and Darrell Bernard definitely do not shy away from color. That may be one of the reasons their house has been sitting on the market for five months. From the neon yellow in the entryway to the bright red in the master bathroom, they have definitely left their mark on this home. The Bernards are planning to relocate and are anxious to make a move, but they need some major help first. Top realtor Pat GorDon combines her expertise with host and home stager Sabrina Soto to get this place sold.

*UPDATE: Since the open house, dozens of potential buyers have come through the Bernard house and liked what they saw. While people responded to the changes Soto made, Dawn and Darrell have decided to take their house off the market. Both of their jobs have been keeping them busy, and they decided it was not the right time for them to relocate. They plan to put the house on the market next year, and in the meantime, they are going to make a few more changes around the house.
