A schedule and checklist-loving couple who don't like surprises, Adam and Melissa thought they'd found the perfect apartment. That is, until they moved in and discovered a long list of maintenance issues, including leaks, electrical issues, and ants. Now they're desperate to move again. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to lead them to trouble-free new digs but her first challenge is getting the analytical pair to trust her expertise. Jodi tracks down a range of options that match the couple's long wish list. But satisfying their ideal esthetic and the need for an optimal kitty view proves to be an unexpected challenge.
