All grown up and ready for a place of his own, 26-year-old Paul is finally moving out of his parents' suburban home, and together with his girlfriend, Michelle, is hoping to find a cool and modern downtown loft space they can share. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find them a unique and stylish home that meets their needs, but warns that in a hot rental market, their long list of conveniences will come with a matching price tag. After narrowing down the options, the couple opts for a spacious pad in a great neighborhood. But when they lose out to another renter, will Jodi's expert negotiation tips help them land a deal on a luxury loft that's way outside their budget?
