Beginning Again

Mark and Carla are ready for a fresh new start in the big city, but their picture-perfect, small-town home sold so fast they're now in a rush to find a family-friendly rental with plenty of room to grow. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find them an ample home in a great neighborhood but warns they'll have to compromise on their wish list. At first, the couple is unimpressed by a series of lackluster options, but then they fall for a charming and spacious home that's close to the only family they have in town. Without jobs, can they convince the landlord to rent it to them?
