A Fresh Start

Leaving her ex-boyfriend and their luxury home behind, newly single Trish is moving on and, for the first time ever, is hoping to find her very own downtown pad that's big enough to house her enormous wardrobe. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find the perfect place for Trish's new start, but urges her to keep her expectations in check since a centrally located one-bedroom will push her slender budget to the max. A two-bedroom co-op proves impressive but the higher rent would mean sacrificing the all-important shopping budget. And when a funky, loft-like basement catches her eye, Trish finds out she's not the only one interested. Can this first-time renter convince the landlord? And will Jodi's creative makeover provide a much needed closet solution?
