A Historic Mess

Aubrey gets a lead on a property with an enticing list price in the small town of Boulder City, Nevada. The 700-square-foot 1940s home is in bad shape, but Aubrey and Bristol purchase the home with plans to rehabilitate the property while keeping its historic charm. They build a two-bed, two-bath addition onto the original structure and choose a cottage theme that will turn this once sad and neglected home into a modern, sunny charmer.
